About Olson Construction Services
Previously known as Ty Olson Construction, a family owned business that we incorporated in WA. state since 2002, we now call Lipan, TX home. doing business as Olson Construction Services.
Ty Olson construction began when the need arose for Ty Olson to come home to Ferry County to help on the family cattle ranch. He moved back home from working at a commercial construction company based in the Yakima Valley. He had been working commercial construction job sites in the basin (Eastern Washington) as well as Western WA in the Seattle/ Tacoma area. When family called he moved back to the ranch. Small jobs started coming to Ty and soon Olson Construction Services was founded. As Ty’s family and business grew the company grew more diverse in order to service the clients that came to us. We enjoyed working for the local communities and friends in Okanogan and Ferry County area as well as working with out of town clients that have vacation property as well as looking to relocate/ retire in the beautiful Okanogan valley.
Olson Construction Services was started in 1/01/2017 here in the state of TX to serve clients in the South with Excavation, building and consulting needs.
Ty and Kathy along with great managers and hardworking crews have continued to try and listen to the needs of clients and work in the area and provide high quality, competitive services.
